maybe one of my complaints is that I’m Mr. Mom and I still have a hard time getting out for a real ride even when there are 14 hours of sunlight and great temps.
It’s a poor excuse, that’s for sure. But between all my taxi duties to kids camps, tennis lessons, preschools, etc., strung out throughout the day it’s hard to find a 3-hour block for a real canyon ride — the type of training I need most.
Still, that’s a poor excuse because one hour is a luxury for most people.
What I lack, honestly, is not time. It’s discipline.
I can’t fathom that anyone would complain about warm and sunny days at this point.

A wise young man once told me some people just have to complain about everything. That’s me when it comes to weather

I like to think I am really good at complaining, but long days and sun make me happy. It’s really annoying.

Sorry, man, there’s no way you are going to get me with the “no time” excuse.
